Owner Derrick Will trained at Universal Technical Institute in Rancho Cucamonga, California, from 2008 to 2010. Back in Minnesota, he worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for a metro earthwork company. Years of repeat customers and repair work on nights and weekends laid the foundation for his own shop. Today, Derrick oversees the shop, diagnoses problems, and works alongside the repair team.

Anna handles office operations, supported by our mechanics and shop helper. North Forty is a Local 49 union shop with a focus on advanced engine and hydraulic diagnostics, in-house component rebuilding, and dependable parts sourcing. From our Braham shop to mobile service at contractor jobsites, we help customers keep their trucks and equipment working.
